The SonFlow SFF100 Free Flow plate heat exchanger is designed for fluids containing fibres, solid particles or increased viscosity. The model is part of the SonFlow Free Flow series and is used where fluid passage, service access and cleanability are important.
SFF100 is a larger model than SFF50 within the same Free Flow series. It is intended for applications where larger connection sizes are required compared to the compact model.
SFF100 is suitable for industrial process duties where standard plate heat exchangers may not always be suitable and where the fluid characteristics can increase the risk of fouling or clogging.

The SFF100 Free Flow plate heat exchanger is used in applications where standard plate heat exchangers may foul faster or become difficult to maintain. With this type of construction, the main focus is fluid passage through the plate pack, uniform flow distribution and access for cleaning and service.
