Gasketed Free Flow plate heat exchanger SFF150 for fluids with particles and fibres
SonFlow SFF150 (SFF151) is a gasketed Free Flow plate heat exchanger suitable for process fluids containing solid particles, fibres or non-homogeneous components.
The SFF151 model is designed for industrial processes where standard plate heat exchangers may be affected by clogging risk, deposits or uneven flow distribution.
Its Free Flow construction uses a 10/6 mm or 8/8 mm plate gap and DN150 / 6” flanged connections, making it suitable for demanding process applications with media containing particles, fibres or non-homogeneous components.
The SFF150 series is part of the SonFlow Free Flow plate heat exchanger range, designed in Denmark for applications where the fluid characteristics require wider channels and a serviceable gasketed construction.
