SonFlow SFF300 Free Flow plate heat exchanger for large industrial systems
SonFlow SFF300 (SFF301) is a gasketed Free Flow plate heat exchanger with wide plate channels, designed for industrial processes involving fluids with fibres, solid particles or increased viscosity. It is suitable for applications such as fruit juice production, sugar industry, wastewater, biogas and other processes where standard plate heat exchangers may operate with a higher risk of clogging.
SFF301 is the largest model in the SonFlow Free Flow series. Depending on the configuration, the plate gap can be 12/6 mm or 9/9 mm and the unit is supplied with a DN300 / 12” flanged connection.
The construction is designed for gentle fluid movement, uniform flow distribution and reliable heat transfer.
Free Flow plate heat exchangers from the SFF300 series are designed in Denmark for use in industrial processes. The model is suitable for large industrial systems where larger dimensions and a DN300 connection are required.
