Compact brazed plate heat exchanger for HVAC and industrial applications
SonFlow SFB25 is intended for professional HVAC, heat pump, heating, cooling and industrial applications with defined operating parameters and compatible fluids. The heat exchanger consists of a pack of corrugated AISI 316 stainless steel plates, vacuum-brazed with copper.
Its compact dimensions make the model suitable for installations with limited mounting space and for replacing an existing heat exchanger after the dimensions, connections and operating parameters have been checked.
The maximum design pressure of SFB25 is 25 bar. The model is available with TL, TM or TK plate patterns and different numbers of plates. Connection options include a ¾″ female pipe thread ISO7-R or a 1″ pipe thread ISO7-R. NPT threads are available on request. The suitability of SFB25 is checked according to the fluids, flow rates, inlet and outlet temperatures, required heat duty and allowable pressure drop.
